煤盐化工新型功能材料重点实验室

     煤盐化工新型功能材料重点实验室2014年12月获批,2018年5月通过验收。依托于平顶山学院化学与环境工程学院,定位于参与新型材料加工企业新产品、新技术的研发, 服务于相关企业通过科技创新增加产品技术含量和提高产品附加值。煤盐化工新型功能材料重点实验室目前科研人员15人,其中高级职称14人,博士8人。人员结构合理,素质优良,爱岗敬业,忠于职守;目前实验室仪器设备总值420万元,拥有真空热压烧结炉、石墨化炉、注塑机螺杆挤出等材料制备设备,万能试验机、接触角测量仪、冲击试验机、熔体流动速率测定仪、真密度测定仪等分析测试设备;年运行费用20万元,现有设备及实验条件可以满足开展科学研究、服务企业单位的需求。

煤盐化工新型功能材料重点实验室成立以来,把凝炼学科方向、服务地方建设作为实验室建设的主要工作,重中之重,取得了较好的成绩。主要研究方向有碳资源高效利用:本方向形成新型碳材料及其复合材料开发与应用、特种陶瓷研究与应用2个主要应用型研究方向。功能有机分子与材料:功能有机分子与材料研究组以光催化材料以及新型配体与荧光分子的设计、合成与应用为研究方向,特别是围绕光催化研究中的一些难点和热点问题开展研究。结合地方特色及学校战略发展,积极开展尼龙新材料的开发与改性研究。

近年来,立项国家自然科学基金课题2项;完成、在研省部级项目6项;发明专利 5项,地厅级以上获奖成果10项;共发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录40篇。
